Artistic Statement — Witchies Brewing the Invisible

Witchies Brewing the Invisible is a digital artwork exploring the transmission of knowledge through ritual, intuition, and shared creation. Through the quiet collaboration of two witches preparing a potion together, the work portrays magic not as a spectacle, but as an intimate process of learning, connection, and transformation.

The cauldron becomes a symbolic space where memories, ancestral knowledge, imagination, and inner perception merge to create something new. This scene reflects my fascination with invisible processes: the ideas, emotions, and experiences that are constantly passed from one person to another and transformed over time.

Working within a digital environment allows me to explore light, transparency, and atmosphere as expressive elements. The luminous vapour rising from the potion is not only a visual effect, but a metaphor for intangible thoughts and energies becoming visible. Through digital techniques, I create layers of subtle luminosity and depth that reinforce the dreamlike and introspective nature of the scene.

Beyond fantasy imagery, this artwork is part of my broader artistic research into inner worlds, imagination, and the symbolic connections between human beings.
